Ben Shapiro recites the lyrics to Cardi B and Megan thee Stallion's 'WAP'

Ben Shapiro recently made headlines for his criticism of Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s new track “WAP” – and his reaction has now been made into a remix.

Right-wing pundit Shapiro was roundly mocked – including by Cardi B – after expressing disgust over the song’s sexual lyrics. “This is what feminists fought for,” he had said. “This is what the feminist movement was all about, and if you say anything differently it’s ’cause you’re a misogynist, see?”

And now, DJ iMarkKeyz, who went viral after remixing Cardi B‘s coronavirus video earlier this year, has hilariously remixed Shapiro’s very straight rendition of the song.

In the remix, Shapiro can be heard saying: “I said certified freak, seven days a week, wet-ass p-word, make that pull-out game weak.”

Speaking to Variety about the remix, DJ iMarkKeyz said: “I added my own little twist to it to make it seem like he likes it.”

"WAP" has also been condemned by a number of conservative politicians, one of whom said: “#WAP (which i heard accidentally) made me want to pour holy water in my ears and I feel sorry for future girls if this is their role model!”
