Jimmy Fallon interrupted by his daughter during at-home interview with Jennifer Garner
TV host is one of many parents having to work from home with their children around
Jimmy Fallon was interrupted by his daughter while interviewing Jennifer Garner from his own home.
The TV host has been hosting segments from home for his Tonight Show, which help raise funds for charity during the coronavirus pandemic.
On Thursday, he was preparing to duet with Garner – with Fallon playing the guitar and Garner playing the saxophone – when one of his two daughters walked in.
While Fallon’s daughter can’t be seen in the frame, she can be heard asking: “Daddy, how do I change my character?”
Fallon responds: “You’ve got to give me fine minutes, OK, bud?”
Garner then laughs and tells him her own children all wanted to come in at one point, to which she replied: “Um, don’t you have online school?”
She then plays “Happy Birthday” – “the hand-washing song”, as she refers to it, while Fallon sings along.
The segment benefited Save The Children.
Other clips recorded by Fallon have been used to raise funds for Feeding America and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
